Poor Instructions and is Unfinished!
The bottom part of the handrail is UNFINISHED and you can see the inside as the most visible part of an otherwise nice unit. Contacted the company and they said it was left that way, nothing was missing even though it was unfinished and with a sharp edge! Went to Lowes for an 1 1/2 inch electrical conduit cap which fits well as in the photo. Seems they could have better addressed this for a few cents more.The instructions for assembly are terrible, although it is somewhat obvious, but especially for which washers go where in the assembly process and not even clear they exist on the parts list!Otherwise, It seems like a good ladder and the stand is long enough to provide some stability.

We easy to put together
Just put this together and it took all of 10 minutes. Everything lined up perfectly. The end pipe has a plastic cover on it. I see a lot of reviews complaining g about nuts breaking, pipe being open, brackets not lining g up. Must be I got a good one. I have drain, clean and replace the water this week so it should be simple to install

Rusty metal and no endcap
reasonable quality but should have an end cap to hide the rusty inside of the pipe.

Easily add safety to your hot tub
This handrail was easy to assemble and install when I drained the hot tub to clean it. Simply slide the base under the tub and adjust to the desired height. It has a solid feel and is a great help getting in and out of the hot tub safely.
