These are Genuine NGK ILZKR7B-11S "5787" spark plugs, made in Thailand. As of 3/10/2026, a box of 4 units cost $30.49 USD. This equates to a cost of $7.63 USD per unit. Seller name was "Helpfulhousehold". I performed what is called an 'Equivalency Operation' in the engineering world. AKA, direct comparison. Review: 1. Verified by visual inspection of packaging, which contains correct NGK labeling, NGK Hologram, and NGK barcode. 2. TOPIC NGK UNIT was compared to a VERIFIED HONDA GENUINE PARTS NGK Spark plug. HONDA OEM Part Number 12290-R40-A01, ILZKR7B-11S. This HONDA PART was purchased 3/19/2026 from a Honda Parts Dealership, with a cost of $38.58 USD per unit. Summary: Items display identical manufacturing markings, labeling, and correct sequential manufacturing batch numbering. Objective evidence suggests these items have the same manufacturing facility origin. Conclusion: The plugs I received are genuine NGK products. At a Unit cost of $7.63 USD, this is the best deal I found at the time of purchase. Anyone else who purchases this deal, I recommend you contact NGK and verify. Counterfeit products are very common. This Equivalency Operation was executed in March of 2026.

Easy to install yourself and makes your car run like new.

THESE ARE GENUINE NGK PLUGS. I submitted information to NGK's customer service dept including pictures, production codes, and resistance measurements from the plugs and they confirmed that they are genuine NGK. I have not had a chance to install them yet but I will be soon. If I was not positive that they were genuine I would never take the chance of ruining my engine on a plug coming apart or failing early.

i appreciate that they came in a box of 4... never heard of replacing one spark plug! changed the spark plugs and adjusted valve clearance (@ 100,000 miles) with a friend who has been working on motors for decades, as a hobby. No gap adjustment needed. I'm figuring my next change will be @200,000 miles

After installation, the car is still have idle sharking issue sometimes. But milage seems improved a bit.

No complaints so far. I did inspect them before installing and they look to be genuine NGK spark plugs according to NGK's article "How to identify NGK SPARK PLUGS." The NGKs replaced fake Denso spark plugs from eBay that had worn center electrode tips after only 13k miles (my cheap fault). My worn spark plug gaps ranged from .065" to .073" when they're supposed to be around .044", which the NGKs are pre-gapped to. After installing the NGKs, instantly noticed the increase to normal engine performance. Ordered 2/11/25. Received and installed on my 2012 Acura TSX on 2/12/25.

I installed these plugs in the car and ran several hundred miles (maybe) and now I am having problems with hard starts and getting fault codes on my scanner. I removed the plugs and they look like have been in there for a long time as the center electrode is worn out. They look like the old plugs that had 100K miles on them. I am getting new plugs and will pursue this issue further with Amazon as they should be vetting their suppliers to ensure the parts they sell are quality parts. This is a follow up - I received new NGK spark plugs from Advance Auto Parts, installed them and the hard starts are gone and the car runs fine, no codes.
