Five stars. These patches work surprisingly well for the ordinary aches that settle into your neck, shoulders, and back. Apply one, give it a little time, and the irritation starts fading. Unfortunately, Salonpas has yet to develop a patch for realizing someone you once considered a friend was consistently unpleasant, off-putting, and apparently convinced that speaking for “everyone else” made her opinion more authoritative. For that particular pain, distance works better. There’s another lesson here too: never assume you know who still talks to whom, who remained friends after the dust settled, or what two people actually know about each other Holly Stark (my mean cat). Some connections survive quietly. Some are considerably friendlier than outside observers might imagine. The patch lasts several hours. That realization may last considerably longer. Five stars for Salonpas. Dave would probably understand the footnote. Holly Stark definitely will.

These patches beat in strength and pain relief any lidocaine patches I’ve tried before (even the 5% ones). The size is all right, the smell is strong and minty. It sticks well and doesn’t come off randomly. I sleep on it and move around and it only leaves my skin when I choose to remove it. It doesn’t leave sticky residue after using it which makes me even more pleased with these patches. I’ve bought it twice already. I wish it had insurance coverage.

Its a good product but make sure you read the directions of what to do and what not to do. I didnt read it and put on 3 patches and was really sick about 30 minutes after. Im paranoid now and although I know the proper way to use them, I still dont want to use them and will not.

We've beed using these patches for a long time now. Very good pain relief that lasts for hours. Easy to apply and they stay in place until its time to remove them. No doubt I'll be back for more.
