Yes it will fit and is a great motor but the XL5 Bandit will hold any 540 or 550 series motor. If your looking for speed without upgrading the esc it will hold up to a 15t. The lower the turn the faster the motor!!! Hope this helps

Whzt motor should i get to mAke my deadbolt faster? And gears?

If your car has the AE-5 speed control you can use 3 cells lipo battery, that will make the car faster too

Will this work with the Exceed Maxstone 1/10scale?

Yes it will work but you need to upgrade your diff gears from plastic to metal if not already done because it's a faster motor and will strip the plastic gears out really easy if not upgraded to metal!! Hope this helps!! Rock crawl the world!!!
