Great tape for blocking holes & leaks for resin projects!
I LOVE this tape!! I'm using it on wood to block holes when pouring resin/epoxy on the opposite side so the resin doesnt leak through. These photos show a door knob hole I taped on one side and poured resin on the opposite side. The other photos show a live edge slab of wood with numerous worm holes that go all the way through the wood. I bought this green resin tape & Tuck tape to experiment with. This green resin tape is much better for 2 very helpful reasons - 1) It stays stuck to the wood. But you have to press it in place to get air pockets out & make sure it's stuck on. 2) 2nd big IMPORTANT reason I LOVE this tape is because it hasn't left sticky residue on my various wood surfaces! I am using the Tuck tape over the green tape as an extra precautio and to not waste the green tape because I already have the Tuck tape, but I wouldn't buy the Tuck tape again. It leaves a sticky residue that I can't get off without sanding & damaging the wood surface! I tried GooGone (which I LOVE) and lacquer thinner, didnt remove the Tuck tape residue. Had to sand it off then painstakingly had to touch up the sanded wood color to match the rest of the wood. I'm writing this review as I'm about to buy more roles. I hope the manufacturer never stops making it!!

Great stuff!
Love this stuff! I like to stick a popsicle stick on each edge to keep it from rolling up. It works well. This is good quality tape. The width is great for most pieces. It’s very sticky. I usually add a top coat on the back side because it leaves it a bit dull. But one top coat and it’s all clear and shiny.

Awesome resin tape
The resin tape worked great on my diorama. It kept the resin exactly where I needed it to stay. Though it did end up peeling off the modge podge/ black paint off the bottom of my diorama base. But I’ll just repaint it later. Otherwise I was very happy with the results. My waterfalls going to look great because of this tape.

Epoxy tape vs House Sheathing tape
So i bought this for an epoxy table project, but someone else told me house sheathing tape works just as well. I ended up using both, so here’s what i learned Epoxy tape: - pros: Doesn’t stick to epoxy Doesn’t leave glue residue Doesn’t rip when peeling off of the workpiece -cons: Could be stickier Things static cling to it (e.g. hair, dust, etc) Looses stickiness really quickly if you don’t apply it immediately House sheathing tape: -Pros: Stickier - good for uneven areas & sealing cracks More flexible to adhere to little indents & curves -Cons: Leaves glue residue Rips easily Epoxy does stick to it a little bit Based on what i’ve learned i’ll probably keep using both depending on what the project needs. But i just wanted to give anyone else new to epoxy a little run down of how this compares.

Perfect for use with epoxy - if you watch what you are doing.
This removes well from epoxy. BUT... You will need to over cover with tape. Epoxy very easily defeats the adhesive and seeps out, so I re-tape with painters tape and then cover with packing tape. The adhesive side will leave a mat finish on the epoxy and the shiny side will leave a gloss finish. Works great once you use it properly.

Functional but not great
This tape is average. It still fairly well to surfaces but resin tends to stick to it and tears it up upon removal. There are other brands out there that are better.

Good quality!
I'm giving this five stars because it's a very sturdy well-made tape. That said, for me, for what I'm doing, which is filling in 2-5" spaces with resin, packing tape works much better because packing tape is not as thick and bulky. I'm sure this resin tape works great for small bezels and the like, because as I said, it's sturdy, thick and well-made and it will do a nice job of keeping resin from seeping out.
