what’s the circumference of the grip? I’m looking for a knife for small hands.

Hi friend, The maximum position of the knife handle is about 4.7 inch in circumference. Hope it helps.

Nope it’s not a full tang blade. If you are in need of one with a full tang? There are lots of other knives here that make a fully tanged knife.

Does the saw serrations on the back actually saw through wood material?

Hi friend, As a similar rambo knfe, the serrated blade can saw off such as wood, rope even metal in emergency circumstances when outdoors. We don't suggest for chopping or cutting hard wood.

Dear friend, the knife is sharp enough out of box. You can also sharpen it easily to meet your individual need since it comes with a sharpener.
