Great crunch and taste
These are crunchy and taste great. Just what I expect from a chow mien noodle. Note: I called Sun Luck once about the expiration date and they said that the date on the package is the day they were made and they are good for 2 years from that date.

Nice to have just to munch on. Expiration date is way ahead in time too. Good taste and not really salty, which is always a plus. Quick Shipping

Horrible as NOODLES or Snacks
What is this, neither to cook as in NOODLES NOODLES, nor to eat as snacks. Horrible! I was expecting the raw noodles to boil. drain then make regular chowmein noodles. Since it looked different so, opened the packet to check, took a bite and immediately disliked it. Wasted efforts n money

We love these above all others
For some reason every time I make stir fry my hubbs has to have these- and evertime I make soup, he has to have Salteens. So, they are now a fixed staple in our pantry. They are great; crunchy, fresh flavor- they stand up to a hearty stri fry and are really - just the Chowmein noodle of our dreams... I'm gonna need a kleenex. Just so happy with this purchase.

Great Product!
I've used this product for a few years now. And have been pleasantly surprised. The flavor and the crunch is great. This product can be frozen. I usually buy 2 bags. I split one bag in half. I mark the date on both. When finished with both I then take the other bag and do the same to them.
