Good, sturdy, had to pre drill. Read for more info.
They look great. I put these on my 2011 ram 1500 4.7l crew cab SLT. Everything lines up perfectly with no problem. Only thing I didn't have was the pre drilled holes in the pinch weld for the bottom bolts. I would highly recommend drilling these out and putting the bolts in as I tried them without first and they had way to much movement. Once drilled and bolted they are solid! I'm 200lbs and they don't move at all now. I only did the front and rear bracket as the middle is between the 2 doors where there is no real pressure placed when standing on the running board so I felt was over kill drilling those out as well. If yoh already have these pre drilled your install should be a breeze. Total install took me about 2hrs and that's by myself and having to drill out 8-1/4 inch holes into the pinch weld so as long as you follow the instructions as far as where the brackets go and the direction they face then leave everything hand tight so you can slide the brackets up or down to match the boards then drill the holes if needed you will be fine and everything will mount perfect. I had zero defects in my steps. No scratches dents. They were packaged very well with alot of packing. I did have some extra bolts left over but I'm guessing that's for other applications or if some of the screw maybe come loose over time you have replacements. Otherwise this is a great product so far. I've had them on the truck for about 5 days. Will update if anything quality wise changes!

Great nerf bars, would buy again and again
Installed these on a 2014 Dodge Ram Crew Cab 4x4. When the item arrived I did an initial inventory. It was nice to see that the driver and passenger parts were in separate color coded bags. That made it pretty easy to figure out what side was what. The brackets also have stamps on em which makes it easy for installing as well. The bars are heavy, feel very durable, and look great. There are 3 bolt down locations which makes these very strong after install. No flexing. Very happy with these bars, definitely worth the price. The one downside is the instructions. Once you do the first bracket though the rest are all done the same so it's not bad. Just wish they had pictures of the hardware being used in the steps. But, that aside I would definitely recommend these!

Will fit a 2019 (new body style) 2500 crew cab
So I installed these yesterday. They will fit a 2019 Ram 2500 new body style with some minor modification to 1, maybe 2 brackets. My Ram (2019 2500 crew cab Big Horn Diesel) has the preexisting holes but they were not threaded. That said I had to use the the included bolt and nut plates for my install. I have included a picture of them and the way you install them from the manual. The 1st issue you will have is getting one installed in the middle oval hole (there are 3 mounting locations on each side, front, middle and rear, each step mounts to 3 brackets) and bolt holes. It will seem at first like it will not go in the middle oval hole as inside the body on the inside of the middle oval hole is closer to the hole than the front and rear oval holes. If you have a hard time getting them to go in the middle hole flip the bracket and try going for the adjacent lower bolt hole instead and it will fit. Hard to explain but anyway you'll see if try to install them. The front and rear went in no problems at all. Now the other issue was the preexisting holes in the very bottom of the pinch weld, again only on the middle location. I was able to line it up well enough on the driver's side to thread the 2 bolts in and tighten them up. The passenger side was another matter, they hardly lined up at all so I had to modify the bracket. I have included a pictures with the holes circled that have to be widened/wallowed out some. You may fair better and not have to modify yours. I used a die grinder with a metal deburring bit to expand the size of these 2 holes. I think a round file would do just as well but require more elbow grease. Once finished and test fitted to make sure the new oversize holes would line up, I painted the portion I modified with rubber undercoating spray (didn't have paint on hand) because I didn't want bare metal showing giving the potential for rust. Once dry I installed the bracket, bolted the steps up, tightened down all bracket bolts then tightened the bracket to step bolts. Everything looks great and feels solid. I don't expect any problems with the product but the steps themselves are hard plastic. We'll see how long they last. I feel that for the price they are a quality set. I wanted the all metal grate style boards but wasn't willing to shell out the 4 to 5 hundred they cost. I feel these were a great alternative to those at less than half the cost and helps the wife and kid with getting in the truck.
