I Tried it and here's my True experience: Size selected, the "single" tent and got this 1-2 person--err--okay, not a deal breaker. Tent's footprint is a little smaller than a twin size mattress--two skinny humans can sleep snugly with minimal twists and turns. Set-up was 4 step easy: standard poles snap in, clip tent straps to poles, anchor tent lines to ground, and flip on rain-fly, if needed--quick and easy. Quality and workmanship are very good/exceptional for the PRICE, all stitchings, seams (no crooketed/missed stitch), clip loops, etc., are perfect. Very comfortable for one with loads of room for stuff. Unique unexpected features: The front fly screen can unzip 360 degree, hanging on by the two directional zippers--if you want it fully open; the fly has a thin plastic film on the inside making it rain proof, it has a lot of seated-head room, there is a small built-in bump-out vent to help with condensation, a center-over-head loop for hanging whatever, and tent came with a drying cloth. These are the features I am focused on and I am very pleasantly pleased (with online purchases, you don't know WHAT you're gonna get until you get it) with this purchase. I’ve had this tent for 3 years now. For the money, this tent is awesome. Quick and easy set up and tear down. Light and compact I backpack a lot in the pacific northwest and it’s snowed and rained on me severally times and the tent has held up great. I’m 6’2 and there’s plenty of room for me inside.

Honestly, I don't expect to get more than a season out of it. That said, it's been very good. The fly has kept me dry, the floor has withstood the ground, and the fabric that's half the walls' height has done great at blocking the breeze in a NM winter. The poles have withstood the wind and little bit of snow we had, and I have ample shoulder room. The floor accomodates a twin xl sized pad, perfect on width and has a few inches left at the foot, or a couple at each end if you center the pad. The gear loft is a very nice addition, and the hook at the center apex is great for hanging a lantern while not hogging loft space. The vent is on one of the wide sides of the fly, and is ample and triangular. It has mesh pockets on each side of the door, the door is nearly the whole side, and the vestibule is a great size to store your boots, a small pack, a candle jar and cook in with the fly closed, with a little space left. I replaced the stakes with those twist-in ground anchors because the ground here is so sandy, and honestly, those candy cane shaped ones are just garbage. Two things that worried me were the stitching, and the quality of the mesh. The mesh snags very easy, I had to patch it with some mesh tape, but it's a $65 tent so I knew I was taking a small risk. Overall though I'd recommend it.

Like others this tent pegged out correctly for wind held up without ripping or tearing. I do think that the poles should be a bit better Al (too thin). I have not rain tested it, what's rain? Room for 2 people and normal great. I would NOT consider this a LIGHT tent for backpacking 8.5 lbs will wear you down, but it does make for a good vehicle tent. There are no side pockets in the tent just a net for the inside top. The zippers from what I could determine are NOT YKK, but they did work fine. I would also use a ground sheet with it, the floor is a bit thin. Condensation could not be determined without a good rain event. I like it for the price. Easy put up. I changed out the pegs for better ones, just me.

I am late writing a review of this tent, but I am extremely impressed with this product. I have been using this tent for 4 years now, and it just works perfectly. I have documented over 50 nights sleeping in mine, more than 26 camp outs, and so far it still looks like new. (The bag handle came lose eventually, but that was just rough handling.) The tent is easy to put up, easy to take down, and easy to carry. I could not be happier.

This is a very small tent, ideal for a sole occupant. It has just enough space to fit a small overnight bag alongside the camper, and the overhead net is a great place to dump the contents of your pockets. Packs down extremely small - I use it for motorcycle and airplane camping, where space and weight are major considerations.

Easy to set up and break down solo. Decent tent for the price; concerned to discover condensation all throughout the inside of the rain cover when I removed it considering it did not rain. The temperature dropped down to 59° overnight with 99% humidity… Which I’m certain contributed to the condensation. Debating on if I want to risk camping in an actual rainstorm and continue testing it out, or simply return it in hopes of finding something that is 100% waterproof.

I bought this tent as a backyard shelter to test out my new, high end sleeping system, (hint, which starts with a “Z”), before taking that equipment out to the high country. I just wanted a decent tent to sleep in as I test my quilts temperature rating. This tent won’t be used in the mountains where I go. However, after seeing the design and quality of this thing I wouldn’t be afraid to do that. Over the decades I’ve bought some of the highest end backpacking tents available. I know quality and I know materials. This tent is an incredible value. Sure, the materials are not cutting edge, the nylon floor for example is probably 2oz/ yard taffeta, old school, but proven. So the price point reflects the cost saving use of such materials. The nylons are heavier than today’s UL fabrics, they also are dirt cheap in comparison.. But, the construction and design is amazing for the price. I saw this tent on YT reviewers Outdoorgearreview. He was right, this tent punches way above its weight.. Sure, it weighs 4 lbs. It’s also only $60 Backpacking on a budget? Her’s your answer for shelter.

Una muy buena casa de campaña, la he usado en reiteradas ocasiones y no ha tenido desgaste, posiblemente sea bueno reforzar sus cierres pero fuera de eso, es una muy buena casa de campaña y además de todo, muy fácil de armar.
