Transforms training sessions for barbell work.
I picked this landline attachment to fit under power rack. It fits the bar well (2 inch section)and comes with a screw to side which tightens bar into sleeve. Turns well to allow for flexibility in motion range, perfect for my training. Cannot fault it.
User
Absolutely fantastic
Really strong, and totally better than my makeshift tennis ball in a corner situation. Has a great design, because lets u use olympic and standard in the same device. has some twirly knobs to let you tighten the backplate to the platform, or you can use anchors for the floor or wall to keep it stillI really like it, it's smooth, it's great.Mine seemed to have lots of scratches and scuffs, (?used?) but I got some paint and did it up quickly and it dried within minutes so it looks fine in the gym
