This product did exactly as it advertised. It is very sticky, smooth, and seals great. It is a must have for boat wrapping for the burn/over stretched areas that are inevitable.

I should have read the ENTIRE description. Right at the end they note, "HEAT SHRINK TAPE IS NOT INTENDED TO SHRINK." Sure enough, if you apply heat to it, it just melts.It does have decent adhesion, it's super thin (opaque). It adhered well to the self-bonding tape and heat shrink I already had in place.I'm not sure what its intended use is, but I was able to find other heat shrink tape to fill my need. Just be sure to read the descriptions completely.
