I’m a Boost fan!
Before and since weight loss surgery I worked hard to lose those many extra pounds. I forced myself to eat breakfast, then filled in with Boost Glucose Control (I’m pre-diabetic) for 1/2 my lunches, which also helped me toward my total daily protein requirement. I stepped up to Boost Glucose Control Max with 30g of protein when it became available. I can’t say it’s delicious (minus 1 star) but the Vanilla is tolerable, the colder the better, and it does the job. I can still remember the awful diet drinks available in the 60’s and 70’s. Yuck! Even some others today. This beats them hands down. And my blood test numbers are all perfect! I have a case on a monthly subscription with Amazon and it actually costs less than most non-liquid lunches.

I'm diabetic: glucose control is a must
tastes as good as boost high protein but has less than 10% of the carbs. max has proportionately (thanks spell check) the same amount of protein as hp. max cost is $0.24/oz; hp is $0.23/oz. max comes in 11 oz bottles; hp in 8oz bottles. (ok, check my math. max comes in 12 to a pk for $32, hp is 24 to a pk for $44.) i eat word problems for breakfast. taste is for very vanilla.correction: boost high protein is $39 per 24 pk which results in a cost/oz of $0.20 vs $0.24 for max.max does not have fiber like the 3 grams in hp.unless you are lifting, go for the max (pi). Product was not drinkable
I sent for two boxes of this product and they weren't good . The bottles were exploding which means that it went bad. These are not returnable nor refundable so beware before you send for them. I lost all my money.

Bad after taste
Artificial sweetener that I don't like which leaves a bad after taste. I usually get the boost with 20 grams of protein with fiber. Which is regular sugar and when chilled is a great in coffee. Better than milk and better for you than creamer .
