Great fiber!
This fiber has been great for me! It has helped regulate my digestive system and keep my bowel movements more regular. I’ve noticed a real difference since starting it and am very happy with the results, especially as someone with IBS. Definitely a product I would recommend! The only downside is the pills are very large, so if you have a difficult time swallowing pills (which is not my case), I would avoid these.

Nice to your pipes!
It is fiber and it keeps one feeling full and regular. It is easy to take and worth it for regular health! I have taken it a long time. I drifted away from using it for awhile. Then I realized my irregularity can be helped by fiber con. It helped before; it is helping again!

Great for low gas not so for movement
Used this for months. Didn’t seem to help get things going. But it wasn’t upsetting like husks / psyllium

No bowel movement on Ozempic but this works
I’m on Ozempic for weight loss and I’m used to having bowel movement once per week (randomly usually Thursdays). With this, I’m back to being almost regular. My only objection is price, way too much.
