Great fiber!
This fiber has been great for me! It has helped regulate my digestive system and keep my bowel movements more regular. I’ve noticed a real difference since starting it and am very happy with the results, especially as someone with IBS. Definitely a product I would recommend! The only downside is the pills are very large, so if you have a difficult time swallowing pills (which is not my case), I would avoid these.

Effective no-drama long-term maintenance
These work well for long term maintenance. I take three caplets after breakfast, and three after supper. If I'm going to have an active day and want a milder effect, I'll only take two in the mornings. I don't know if these are good for solving a problem "inventory buildup" but they are great for no-drama maintenance.

No bowel movement on Ozempic but this works
I’m on Ozempic for weight loss and I’m used to having bowel movement once per week (randomly usually Thursdays). With this, I’m back to being almost regular. My only objection is price, way too much.
