Can these be used in the bathroom?

I don’t have those ones on my bathroom but I have Philips Hue GU10 bulbs in my bathroom and they don’t seem to be having any issues

I think these only work through the wiz app that will be supported by some smart phones. The details in the product description should tell you more info, or write to the seller if poss? There are other brands of smart lights that do come with remote control battery operated hand held units, if you don’t own a smart phone.
