Barrel & Oak Red Clay Exfoliating Bar Soap, Bourbon Cedar, 3-Pack

This soap smells amazing and leaves you feeling clean (according to my husband). The natural ingredients make this a quality product and is worth every penny. My husband uses it on his face to keep the acne away and it does a fantastic job.

This is my husband’s favorite. It smells great and he likes that it is an exfoliating soap that lathers well and lasts a long time.

I deducted a star only because I was hoping for more of a scent. It didn't really smell like anything when lathering, but there is a faint scent of cedar on my skin after stepping out of the shower which is pleasant. I don't really detect any hint of bourbon. That may be a plus if you don't like an overpowering scent that will clash with cologne, lotion or whatever products you use. On to the positive. I really enjoyed the exfoliation with this bar. I feel really clean and my skin feels 10x softer than when I use my old soap (Dove Men+Care). It is a bit coarse, which I prefer. Also, the bar is quite big and it seems like it will last awhile. It produces a good lather, too. Overall, I recommend it and would probably buy it again.

I tried this brand vs. the Baxter exfoliating bar. Nearly the same oversize bar, but you can get 3 of these for just over the price of one of the Baxter bars. They last just about as long as the Baxter bar, but slightly less. The exfoliating grit in these bars is far superior to the Baxter. Scent is fine, not feminine, not masculine - not a major draw or fault either way to me, but is pleasant and clean. Compared to the Baxter this is the superior choice, especially for the price.

This smells great and makes you feel clean. Highly recommended. Its better than "The man bar" and a lot less expensive. So if you are looking for a good soap for men, this is it.

Excellent soap! Right size bar, cleans well and I love how it exfoliates.

The SMELL is AMAZING. Like the dark look, too. Lather is great, etc. What's terrible is the FEEL -- the harshness/grit of the exfoliating element (pepper?) is absolutely brutal, and I'm used to other exfoliating soaps! I even had to resort to using a loofa because it was so rough -- felt like skin was being scratched off during every use.
