Does this adapter support Power delivery via a power bank?

Crucial USB-C to USB-A Adapter Works with Crucial X6 and Crucial X8 portable SSDs. It is used to connect USB-C (female) to UBS-A (male) port of a device, Works with legacy USB-A host devices (PC, Mac, PS4, XBOX One, etc.)

Is it usb 3.0 or usb 2.0? (need to know for speed)

I am using the x6 with a usb-c to usb-a cable connected to a usb 3.1 gen 2 port, and i get read and write speeds of around 44mb/s top. is this faster?

Thank you for your response!! The USB-C cable and the USB-C-to-A adapter (adapter sold separately from the X6 package) have a molded line showing how to orient the C cable when plugging it in. The cable can be plugged in backwards, but this reduces performance to USB 2 speeds (50MB/sec max.)
