Sébium Mat Control Cream, Mattifying and Moisturizing Daily Cream for Combination to Oily Skin, 1 Fl Oz

This is fantastic for moisturizing my face and mitigating oil throughout the day. Other mattifying moisturizers are usually gel/silicone base and I haven't had luck until this one. There's no pilling, stickiness, or residue feeling. I would consider the texture to be like a lotion, not a cream or gel at all. It's light and does the job.

Keeps my skin matte all day without drying it out. Smooth texture and works great under makeup.

I got recommended few Bioderma items from a friend that knows a lot about it. I have oily skin (face and scalp) all my life and its been quite annoying to use any product. Of course I have periods when its more manageable and when its horrible. From the first time I have tried this moisturizer I loved it. My face felt light and soft instead of being oily, heavy and shiny like always. Its very gentle and it gets absorbed very fast, allowing you to put make up on top of it if you want it. I never had any bad reactions like redness, irritation or something else. The way you should use this is first you cleanse your face with gel or micellar water for oily skin and then apply this moisturizer and gently massage until absorbed. You can do it daily or whenever your face feels oily and heavy. I personally started using it every morning when I tried it, cause to be honest I was excited to have nice mat and clean face. After few weeks I would use gentle cleanser every morning and this moisturizer every few days in the morning as a start of my day routine. The package is small for the price, so it would be perfect if you either get more for the same price or if its a tiny bit cheaper. Since Im not using tons of product in general I will rather have just few high quality products instead. But like I said, I love how it makes my face feel so Im still giving it 5 starts cause it literally the only cream, moisturizer etc. that works for me. So I do highly recommend this product for anyone with sensitive and/or oily skin. I hope this is gonna be helpful to someone.

Great for oily facial skin as it suppresses the oil. My skin is soft and hydrated.
