Last version I bought lasted me almost 4 years. The old one started to lose contact in the holster thingy and wouldn't stay warm...but I'd say for the price, 4 years is great value.

You probably see my image and think OMG this product is crap. Well, look at the star ratings. I have tried several waxing products and this one takes the cake. My picture shows what happens when you do it wrong. Plain and simple. Clean+easy is a home product not a pro product. I tried one of those 2 pulls with one woven strip and i pulled too perpendicular. I see many reviews on wax products of various brands and they say they don't work and cause so much harm. Truth is you have to know what you are doing. I did my entire back with little issue with the help of my wife. I went at my arm pit by myself with success until I got big headead. Plain and simple. Wax in the direction of hair growth, stretch opposite if possible and yank opposite to hair growth direction BUT keep that cloth or wax pulled directly opposite to the hair and yank directly over the skin. DO NOT DO IT OUTWARD AWAY FROM THE SKIN!

The wax heater is compact and looks nice, and so far it heats up well. I can’t really speak to its durability yet — I’d need to see how it performs over time. For now, it doesn’t seem to overheat.However, the size is a major issue. I’m using it specifically for this brand’s Roll-on Wax cartridges, and even the “large” wax cartridges are only about half the size of the heater. I don’t understand why the heater is made this big if none of their cartridges actually fit it properly. It feels oversized for the products it’s meant to be used with.Overall, between the heater and the Roll-on Wax itself, I haven’t been very impressed. The setup seems inconsistent, and for now, it hasn’t left a good impression.

Warms up the wax just fine. I gave it four stars because it does take about an hour to warm up the wax.

I've been using this for over a year and it's still going strong. When I did the math, I realized I saved over $500 a year from doing my waxing myself with this.

I had a different kind of heater where you took the wax bottle out each time you used it. I was worried this would be difficult to use but on the contrary, it is super simple! The only possible negative I can share is the clear top that sits over the roller while heating up and when in storage, it doesn't snap in place. I worry that it may fall off and break or I will loose it.

I have owned two of the larger sized warmers that can hold the small face wax as well as the larger wax cartridge for legs. Neither one could heat the wax up hot enough to work, I'd always have to microwave them for 1 minute after the unit would heat to its maximum. But this small wax warmer works perfectly! I am very happy with it. It brings the wax to the perfect temp. I hope it lasts.

I just opened up the box and noticed it did not come with the large roller head. How am I suppose to use this with a roller head ?
