XL for sure. Personal opinion: 5'9" 155lbs and an M was skin tight. Personally I didn't mind it. If you buy this specific costume, you just gotta realize you're wearing leggings. Your junk will be in display.

My purchase was an "ML" for my 5'9" 170ish lbs; it fits quite well, although I'm not used to leggings.If you scale me down by "one size," I'd probably be where you are, which means it might be safe for you to go with the "MM" size. I'd keep researching, however. Be cautious, but confident when you finally decide.My best guess for you would be Medium.

I'm 5'7 and 190 average build not too fat 35" waist and it fits good the jacket is a little small but no that bad I think it could work I got the large size I believe. I thought it was unisex anyway totally forgot it wasn't
