Is the rake angle adjustable?

Yes, there are a couple of wing screws that you can loosen and adjust the angle. Not sure what this other person is talking about.

All of the reviewers  seem to be using this as a replacement for a grass trimmer/weeder. Does this work well to remove thatch, as the tool is intended

I have one which I use in my garden to rake the dirt and remove small weeds.  It works better than the conventional rake for that purpose.  As far as a thatch rake it is very labor intensive. You have to take short strokes and push backwards each time as the rake snags everything and wants to pull everything out. A spring tine tool is the most effective for thatching.  There are some electric ones which work great and last for years.

Question 3

Will this tool be useful in removing "lawn Ivy"?  Maybe at least reducing it?

Not really. It's for pulling up thatch (the dead grass that lays on the soil.)

If you use it right it will grab the live grass and rip it up but it's a LOT of work. For the money, time and your back you'd be better off renting a sod cutter.

I pulled my front lawn up a few years ago. With a sod cutter I took out about 1k square feet in 2 hours. With this rake... Maybe 250 hours and a bad back and massive blisters but your shoulders would be absolutely ripped.

My lawn is riddled with moss.  Will this easily remove it?

Moss yes, weeds no.  Moss doesn't have deep roots, they are shallow enough to pull out by hand very easily.  Even a regular rake can remove moss and it's roots so this would work very well.
