Truly Exceptional, Worth Every Penny!
The OLMA Beluga Hybrid Black Caviar is simply extraordinary — hands down one of the finest caviars I’ve ever tasted. The pearls are large, glossy, and perfectly firm, with a luxurious texture that melts delicately on the tongue. The flavor is rich and buttery, yet refined, with just the right balance of salt and a clean, ocean-fresh finish. What really stands out is the freshness and consistency — every bite tastes premium. It pairs beautifully with blinis, crème fraîche, or even enjoyed on its own with a chilled glass of champagne. The packaging is elegant and ensures the caviar arrives in perfect condition. Yes, it’s a splurge, but the quality absolutely justifies the price. It’s no surprise this is rated among the top caviars in the world — a true indulgence for any special occasion or gourmet experience. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates authentic, world-class caviar.

Fabulous Caviar!
Impeccable caviar and flawless experience. Shipping was truly overnight, packaging was perfect, and the quality is outstanding. Rich, smooth, and fresh. I've tried a lot of caviar from various brands and it can not even compare to the price and quality. Will definitely be ordering again.

Disappointing
The jar was barely 2/3 full. The taste was fine but expected for Beluga. This is my first time purchasing from Olma and will be my last.

Very Delicious Caviar!
Received the caviar yesterday and it was superb and delicious! My wife and I loved the quality and taste was outstanding. I have never eaten better Beluga caviar than this. I highly recommend this product. It also arrived next day FedEx overnight. Thank you!

Strange aftertaste
The front of the flavor was beluga as I remember it: creamy, round, delicious. Unfortunately the finish has a metallic taste that really inhibited my enjoyment. It was good…but in no way great. Would rather pay more and get true beluga.

Great Flavor!
I didn't take a picture because we ate this caviar so fast! LOL! Just loved the buttery flavor of this caviar. The price was steep, but all in all, it was worth the price.
