The Reverse Coloring Book™: The Book Has the Colors, You Draw the Lines!

If I could give this more than five stars, I gladly would. This book is so much fun and a great stress reliever. I literally can’t mess anything up in this because there are no rules. The pages are very thick. I used Pigma Micron archival ink pens. They did not bleed through in the slightest. The pages are perforated, which is a nice feature. The colors are beautiful and designs are unique. Some designs are abstract, while others look like undefined floral bouquets. I like how the creator provided ideas in the front to help creativity start flowing. I will be buying this as a gift for others. I cannot say enough positive things about this product.

I like coloring and thought what an interesting idea. Wow is it better than I thought it would be. Some are abstract completely other pages are more obvious images. I am having a blast with them. The quality of the paper is excellent and that they are perforated so you can remove them is really important to me. Micron pens no matter the brand can and usually bleed through but I’m not really seeing that happen. I think the thing I like best is that it’s sketching but more relaxing as you aren’t starting with the dreaded blank page. I’d recommend this to anyone from those that just doodle on scrap paper to those who make art for fun or a living. I’m a fiber artist and color always comes before line to me so this is just perfect for how my brain works.

Fantastic idea, love it. Showed it to everyone I know and they all are buying it for themselves or for their kids. It is very relaxing also.

This book is such a calming and enjoyable creative activity! I love that you can use different writing utensils such as fine liners, gel pens, markers, or even pencils, and each one gives a completely different look and experience. There’s no pressure to “get it right,” which makes it incredibly relaxing and easy to unwind with. The images and colors are peaceful and soothing, and the concept of drawing the lines yourself feels freeing rather than intimidating. It’s something I can pick up for just a few minutes or spend longer getting lost in, depending on my mood, schedule, etc. Another big plus is how portable it is. I’ve taken it while traveling and it’s an easy, mess-free activity to do on the go. It is the perfect activity for flights and cruises, as an examples. Overall, this is a super-relaxing activity that encourages creativity, mindfulness, and relaxation, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calming, peaceful, mindful, relaxing, portable, fun, and screen-free activity.

Loved this and got it as a gift for a friend too. I get too much OCD anxiety coloring in a normal coloring book. I love how this just lets you doodle and follow the colors and just go with the flow without having to overthink it. If you have trouble with coloring books or they give you a perfectionist anxiety, this is a great alternative.

It's a bit overwhelming until you get out of your head and just play, without caring if your drawing is horrible or lovely. Three of us drew at the same time, had great conversations and dramatically different outcomes. All were fun.

Mir gefällt das Reverse Malbuch sehr gut. Es macht sehr viel Spaß, aus den „Farbklecksen mit ein wenig System“ Bilder zu kreieren. Ich habe gemerkt, dass mir das Malen „rückwärts“ viel mehr liegt, als selbst mit Farben und Verläufen zu experimentieren. Dafür fehlt mir die Technik und ehrlich gesagt auch die Muße. Klare Empfehlung von mir, aber bei kreativen Hobbys zählen ja die individuellen Geschmäcker.

This was interesting, I've never done or heard of a reverse colouring book before! You can tell an artist created this book because the paper is thicker than standard paper, the back of each page is white so if it bleeds through youre not ruining another design, AND you can tear the pages out if youre worried about bleeding and/or want to display your work!! 10/10!!!!
