Will these jacks lift 9 foot walls

is that price for the a pair or just one ?

The price is per pair, as is the weight raising. The 2000 lb set is 1000lbs per individual wall Jack same with the taller ones that are rated for 1000 per pair. I use the 2000lb rated pair good for walls 10'6 they are a back saver. Well worth the money.

Where can I get stops for my wall jacks

No sure about the stops. But be very careful while using these make sure the bottom plate is attached properly I’ve had the wall blowout and almost lost it two stories. Other than that they work great. Use plumber tape at the bottom plate.
