Why is this so expensive? I cant see any features that justify this price tag.

Bang and Olsen are a quality company. I completely agree though because I bought these and they are not anything special.

When connected to the xbox playing a game, can you chat on your phone over Bluetooth also?

I really wouldn’t get them I had nothing but problems with mine, they just stopped connecting to my Xbox after a week and the sound quality is awful the microphone is terrible, I swapped them for a pair of steel series Arctic’s 9x and never had an issue and they will do what you want and for half the money!

I don't have an Xbox but want some premium noise cancelling headphones, are these comparable to other premium noise cancelling headphones or B&O?

I don’t have an Xbox either and use these mostly for listen to music on my phone (using Apple Music/iTunes) or watching TV on my PS5 (I have to use a cable for the PS5) but yes I would say these are a good all purpose headset and for the price (on discount) are far ahead of other headphones in this price range

Does anybody else have a low static noise when connected to xbox? But isn't there on Bluetooth mode.

No I have had mine since launch and had no issues, try your balance between voice and game volumes. That might help
