Best Non-stick pans ever made. period.
If you don't have time to read this review, then it can be summarized as follows: these are the best non-stick pans I have ever used in my life and probably ever will. Buy them immediately- don't shop around, don't waste your time. I bought these initially as a Christmas present. The first set we got looked like it may had been returned because the pans were oriented incorrectly in the packaging and there was no spacer between them. I ordered a second set before returning these due to time constraints, but then, despite authorizing the return offer- I decided to just keep them. Our other non-stick pan was on its last leg and we needed one badly, and these seemed quite nice. (and there were two!). My fiancee and I have now been using these pans for 7 months (since December 2016) and my parents have been using their gifted set since then as well. They are simply outstanding. I literally cannot say enough good things about them. The construction is very heavy duty- commercial in feel. The handles are slightly longer than a typical pan, making them easy to toss around on a crowded stove. The removable silicone handle cover is brilliant. The cover fits perfectly and can come on and off easily but never slides off or feels unsecured when handling the pan. Naturally, it always stays cool. I have slid the handle off here and there to toss the pan in the oven to finish something and it works marvelously. The handle is triple riveted to the pan and is rock solid. The rivets are NOT coated with PFOA but they clean up easily with the soft side of a sponge. The pan has a solid aluminum construction which distributes heat well. For example, no hotspots when cooking omelets and bacon cooks evenly whether centered over the burner or at the edge. And this is on an electric range besides. The PFOA non-stick coating was so amazing when I first started using these pans in December that I have been militant about protecting it. I wash the pans immediately after use with the soft side of a sponge only. NO metal utensils ever (duh). The pans DO NOT go in the dishwasher or get tossed around in the drying rack to get scratched. I'm not sure if this level of care is warranted, but I can say that they still perform every single bit as well as when I took them out of the package. Eggs release easily. I never tried cooking eggs without a fat (probably could), but for example- if you cook bacon, then drain ALL the grease and wipe the pan with toweling so there is just the slightest bit of grease residue on the pan, you can then proceed to cook 6 eggs with impunity. You can roll and fold them with a spatula all you want and they DO NOT STICK! Another thing you can do is throw a handful of cheddar into the pan after the eggs, let it melt and start to bubble, then turn off the burner, cool it slightly, and pop it off the pan with a spatula as a razor thin cheese crisp to top the eggs. This is 7mo into using these pans and they still are that good. We initially bought these when they were priced $39.99 for two on prime and I could not believe the quality at $20 per pan. The price went up $10 for the pair but in all seriousness, if it went up to $50/pan I would still buy it. I would think of these as the all clad copper core of nonstick cookware. I literally could not imagine how to make these a single bit better. They are perfect in every way. No I don't work for this company. Nor do I understand how they make money selling these for $25 each (assembled in the USA besides?!). I use these pans twice a day at least and I think they will last quite awhile at that rate. Just buy them and don't look back!

Very good for what it is
I'm very much of the camp that thinks there are better kitchen investments than spending much on non-stick cookware. This pan is far from the high end of the non-stick pan cost spectrum, but it is very good quality IMO. If you treat it right, it seems like it should last quite a long time (by non-stick standards). Its non-stickiness has been superb. It has required ZERO scrubbing (i.e., a sponge or paper towel are all that's needed - not even the non-scratch abrasive side of a typical dish sponge has been required). The aluminum is also impressive. It's one of the heaviest non-stick pans I've ever used (which is fine with me - feels well balanced and the heat distribution is as good as you could expect from aluminum). The handle is rock solid, the rivets are spot on, the extra handle length is appreciated and the silicone cover on the end of the handle is a great touch. I was so (surprisingly) impressed by this 10in pan that I swapped out my old T-fal 12in for this brand's 12in not long after.

Conclusion : Ma grosse 12 pouces a bien sauté mes légumes. Qui a dit que la grosseur n'est pas importante ?
