Are these No show socks, 6 pair or 6 socks.

Yes, they are what most consider "no-show" socks, and 6 pair come in the package. Only warning is they are advertised to fit up to a 12 shoe size. I have a size 12 foot and these socks are too small -- they constantly slip off my heel. If your shoe size is no bigger than a 10 you'll probably be okay.

They are cushy but not too thick. I run distance and these socks protect my feet well.

Will this fit a size 13 foot, shoe size, comfortably?

I am a men's size 10 and thee is no issue and I think that would be the case to size 12. I seriously doubt they would fit a size 13. That said they do not shrink. They may be okbfor casual wear but would not be recommended for a size 13 and working out. Would slip off the heal.
