I'm on my second tub of this and I can't do without it. The pins are uncomfortable for sure, but once it subsides, I can feel my body want to get moving and the increase in energy and focus is awesome. I did a tough back and bicep session yesterday and loved every second. I was pumped, focused, strong and energetic and in the best mood lift heavy. 2 scoops is a lot, but I'm getting used to drinking it. Will keep buying this product so I can keep growing in confidence and strength.

It looks awful, and tastes worse…But half an hour after you take it you will be able to smell in 3D and hear colours.If you want to know what working out on cocaine feels like without breaking any laws then this may be the pre-workout for you.

As other reviews...taste is not that great, however down it in one...As for performance....it's fantastic you can feel the tingles coming in after 10 minutes or so...it makes me focus, concentrate and gives me good energy levels. Definitely recommend and good for the money

Personally I really rate DY blood and guts.Decent taste, well as good as pre workout can be, I personally shot it.Doesn’t make me want to duggie instantly so that’s always a plus in the gym.Doesn’t make me want to scratch my own eye balls out, another plus.Get a decent every push for the whole workout, tend to take 20/30 minutes before.

Positives: Easily dissolved. That’s about it.Negatives: Tastes like a laboratory work top.Went off the reviews with the purchase of this pre. This product made my stomach churn to the point I didn’t think I could carry on with my workout as I genuinely believed I was going to be sick on the gym floor.I gave it away to a friend who works at said gym and he also gave it away as it gave him “blood and guts”.Avoid, better alternatives out there.

Good pump, crashes me out something wild, I cant even talk to people once its worn off

This stuff is strong, that 375mg of caffeine hits and it hits hard, you will also crash hardThis is the sort of thing you use when going for a heavy PR or very high volume, it is not a daily driverHowever, for going for PRs, high and heavy volume it is perfect, just be aware the crash is brutal, I take it and I want to sleep a couple hours later.
