Q: Does this dress come to the knee?

My girls are 5 years, 46” tall and 45lbs, a size 7 is loose and comes to the top of their knees. I had purchased size6, which was tight getting on and about 1.5 inches shorter. Hope this help to have measurement and not just opinions.

Q: Can a tie be worn with the dress? I didn't get the mock collar part on the descriptions.

It doesn't button all the way to the top, and the neck is so tight we had to cut a slit on the top of the navy blue dress part so my daughter could pull it over her head (she's 6 and has an average sized head). Also the shirt doesn't separate from the dress at all.

Q: Can you please give me the measurements for size 14? I’m trying to see if this will fit a 14 year old girl.

Unfortunately I can't. I bought size 12 for a 11 year old. It was slightly large, but I figured she would grow into it.
