Could be great but damaged in transit
It’s obvious that this is a decent product but it was unfortunately badly buckled/twisted upon its arrival. As the plate needs to sit across 2 burners the uneven nature of the one I have means it doesn’t heat evenly, making it essential unusable. Would have returned but was needed for an event and the long lead time due to USA delivery prevented the opportunity for a timely replacement. Unfortunately now sits unused.

Not balanced
Its not balanced so you can cook things only on one side, unfortunately its not good

Súper
Una maravilla. Super recomendado. Llevo dos años con este comal y no se ha dañados nada. No sé le pega casi nada a pesar de los años.

Best non-stick grill I've ever owned !
I have had a number of grill pans and this is the overall BEST. For a few reasons.1. It truly is non-stick. We cook without added oil and we have NEVER needed oil on this. Everything slides right off and a wipe with a damp dishcloth is normally all the cleanup required.2. The handles are a godsend . As mentioned, some grills come as a flat grill without handles. If you ever need to move a flat grill around when it's hot - well - it just doesn't work. These handles make this grill very easy to use. Even when extremely hot.3. The higher edge is great for doing stir-fry or similar cooking. Lots of room for the food. This purchase was actually as a gift for our daughter. We've had our own Nordicware Griddle for 2-3 years now and highly recommend it.
