How were the insects collected?\

I am familiar with how entomologists collect insects, but I do not know how these insects were collected; sorry I can not help.

Can any of the displays be opened or are the permanently sealed?

They are sealed with glue but I had a student that dropped it and it opened. Several of the insects were damaged in the process so I don’t recommend it.
