Don't Expect Too Much..it's cheap! I Follow printed instructions. Heat for 30 seconds..(.i did not cool in cold water)! Insert hot moldable, bite down firmly for 15 secs, then plunge in cold water- continue with either upper or lower moldable. For me it worked very well!
