I’ve used a lot of k-tape. Initially, I was a little skeptical because of the price. But if you want tape you don’t have to replace daily, this is your solution. Admittedly, my usage for it this time is non-traditional. I’m doing tattoo removal and it requires you to keep the treatment area completely out of sunlight for two weeks post-treatment. I love how well this adheres to the skin, because I don’t have to swap it out every day. In fact, it was still hanging on well a few days later when I was ready to take it off. The rounded edges work much better, as they don’t peel up as easily. I will definitely keep getting this brand of k-tape.

The theraband tape, is awesome. I highly recommend it if you have had knee surgery, they introduced the tape to me in physical therapy.

It arrived on time, and I like the tape, but the first few pieces were not as sticky as the rest. (Maybe an older roll) but it’s still good enough to use for my physical therapy sessions and to help with the pain and discomfort.

High-quality material that feels comfortable on the skin without causing irritation. The built-in stretch indicators make it very easy to apply correctly, and it stays securely in place for days.

These pre-cut strips and very convenient for keeping in my bad and running to the gym. Without wrapping my knee, I am worthless for leg day at gym. I can work out with these and they stay tight for days, even thru a shower. When I take them off, I miss the support.

It works like it should for tennis elbow, but I'm allergic to the adhesive in this brand. I've used other brands for 3 days and removed them with no issues. This brand makes my arm itch like crazy. A day into wearing it, I took it off and it pulled off the top layer of skin on my arm. I had squiggly lines for 3 weeks while it healed. Tried it a second time in a different color, just in case it was the tan color only. Blue did the same. I had to take it off 3 hours later because I became itchy again. This time, I soaked my the tape in rubbing alcohol to remove it.**My advice is before using, test a small piece on your skin for a day and remove it with isopropyl alcohol**

Truly last 5-7 days. Much better than the “brand” name tape!

Seems to be a better option than KT tape due to its ability to allow us to gauge how much we want to stretch the tape by looking at the hexagon.

I just came back from US where the quality of KT tapes was different it drastically helped my foot recovered. This is the first tape I have found that actually matches that quality. It is worth the price.

These tapes work very well. Easy to apply and stay on. Good support for my knees
