How do these install?

Hello. Assuming you already have the (4) Genuine Ford FL3Z-9928408-AB Bed Load Hook Reinforcement Panels installed, you insert each locking cleat into a hook reinforcement panel and push it downward to fully seat it in place. You then use the key provided to lock the cleat into place. Hopefully this helps.

Do the genuine ford fl3z-9928408-ab bed load hook reinforcement panel come with the screws to install them?

My F-150 came with the brackets. The hooks were easy to install. I really like the after market hooks.

If a new 2017 f250 came with mounts in bed, should the cleats be include or do you need to but them? Thanks

They would bee in the cab, under the seat or in the glove box if they came with the truck, if not you will need to buy them.
