Q: Would this be waterproof? We want to use it to hang pictures and flowers and stuff in the shower / bathroom

I think it would be okay to hang on a wall in the bathroom, but I wouldn’t put it in the shower. I put my completed cross stitch pictures in them.

Q: Can the glass be replaced if desired?

I think it’s not possible, the glass is affixed inside the frame

Hi! Thanks for your question :) One 6x6 frame weighs around 409g (0.90lbs). One 8x8 frame weighs around 679g (1.49lbs).
