Can you turn the RGB off?

Yes the RGB can be turned off by tapping the top of the speaker. (which is used to cycle through the other pre-sets)

Does this come with the USB cable to power it and the 3.5mm cable to connect to a pc ?

It has a single cable that splits to a USB for power and 3.5mm audio plug for sound

So does this speaker work on all pcs

It's okay for light use, there's practically no bass and it feels like everything is boosted so you don't get to feel the different levels of sound it's almost like the sound is flat

I know it is 70mm high at font but how high is unit at rear as It slopes back and need it to fit back under monitor

The Redragon GS560 is 70mm Tall at the front, 66mm Deep (excluding the front volume knob) and 45mm high at the back. Both top and bottom are slopped so it sits at an angle that puts the front face roughly in line with your average tilted computer screen.
