Hi is this fragrance free. Also is it ok to have on your hands when food prepping? Do you gave to apply each time you wash your hands? Thanks

Gloves In A Bottle is a shielding lotion, which means that it bonds to the outer-most layer of skin cells and becomes part of the skin itself. It does not wash off any more than the outer layer of skin washes off. What is the dimethicone percentage?

Less than 1%. It is one of the most widely used ingredients in cosmetics. Dimethicone works, most generally, as a skin protectant - it prevents water loss by forming a hydrating barrier on the skin.
