We replaced the stove fan we had. It was old and I had recently ruined the filter with a pan fire. This fit perfectly, looks nice and clean. Light and fan work perfectly. I didn’t hear much cussing while my husband put it up so it must be easy to put up because he is not a handyman. I am very pleased. I thought it was priced fair. Arrived on time. I would recommend.

The range hood looks A+. It has clean lines, simple switches, and works divine. Easly cleaned, and not noisy? I am very pleased.

I’ve been using this range hood for quite a while, and it has been very reliable. It still works great, the fan does a good job helping remove cooking odors and steam, and I haven’t had any problems with it. It has held up well with regular use and has never stopped working. I also like the simple design because it looks clean in my kitchen and is easy to wipe down. If you’re looking for a dependable range hood that does its job without any issues, this has been a great choice for me.

A good solution in a ductless situation. The build quality is fine, a little thin but with good tolerances and a decent finish. There are plenty of mounting holes for various under-cabinet setups and the unit's light weight helps make getting a trustworthy mount relatively straightforward. I don't understand why it doesn't come standard with the light deffuser; we had to order one separately. As far as set up, two sets of hands will make mounting a lot easier - ask me how I know. Power cable had to be ordered separately and I would strongly recommend going with the six-foot cord to give a little more flexibility. The wiring itself is simple but be sure to use quality fittings to ensure a good secure contact between the internal wiring and power cable. I went with Wago connectors and wrapped each one in electricians tape just for added security. Overall, satisfied with this hood and hope it stands the test of time.

We purchased this to replace a similar one that had become very old and rusted. The new one is absolutely perfect and works terrifically well. No complaints.

Our over the stove wall mounted microwave gave out on Christmas day 😥. But here was my chance to get a little microwave for the counter and a new range hood. Now everything is stainless steel and matches. The best part is this range hood. It was easy to install. As other reviewers have noted it is not a perfect square and there is a bit of a gap on the left side between the hood and the cabinet. If you look directly at your range hood every day from all angles and you are a perfectionist then this is not the item for you. If you are like me and the hood is close to a corner you would have to be examing the installation closely to tell there is a bit of a gap. The light is wonderful. Just use a regular bulb and it screws in behind a diffuser piece. Easy to change bulbs and no glare. This is a huge improvement over the microwave with a special ecpensive bulb that was so inaccessible my husband declared it impossible so I literally had to use a flashlight to see what I was cooking....no lie. The fan is not the strongest in the world but it's also relatively quiet. Good trade off in my opinion. The item arrived on time and securely packed. No damage. I'd buy it again. I like how it looks and the price is right. My kitchen seems much lighter and more spacious. All in all a good purchase....super perfectionists beware.

Bought this for a cheap stainless steel hood. Old one finally died, and I didn't want anything expensive because we will be putting in an over the range microwave soon, but until then we needed an exhaust fan. Install was super easy. It took me less than 10 mins and probably 2 of those minutes were just me walking up and down stairs to turn off and on the power to the kitchen. The box came left at my door wide open!!! Never had this issue with amazon before. I was initially worried, but on close inspection all was good. Only thing in the box was the Hood, which even though box was opened and damaged, was in perfect condition, and an instruction book, which I never even opened. The mounting screws were in a plastic bag under the wiring cover that you have to remove during install. At first I thought the screws were gone, but that was not the case. They were there. Look under your cover ! My cabinets have a frame ledge that comes down 1/2" below the bottom of the cabinet on the front and back. So, I either had to use a 1/2" spacer board in-between the hood and the cabinet or drill some new holes in the hood right on the front and back edge so I could screw into the ledges to mount the hood. I choose to drill in the new hood. I used a 3/16 drill bit and it worked perfect for the included screws. Next, I just punched out the back wire tab on the hood with a flat head screw driver, turned off the power to the kitchen, then held the hood up to the wall and pushed the power wires from the wall through the tab hole. After that I had my wife hold the very light hood up to the cabinet, made sure that we liked the placement of the hood and I screwed in the 4 included screws through the hood and into the cabinet. This whole step took less than 2 minutes. Next, all you have to do is wire nut the white wires from the hood to the white wire from the wall, Blacks to the Black and then attach your ground wire from the wall to the greenish/blue looking screw on the hood. After that, flip your power back on and test it. In my case all was good. And Finally run to the store and buy an appliance bulb because one is not included with this order. Enjoy.

Overall, I’m happy with the product and it looks great once installed. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because it arrived with several bent edges/dents that I had to carefully hammer/tap out myself to straighten. For a brand-new item, I don’t think customers should have to fix cosmetic damage right out of the box. Aside from that issue, the item is in good working condition and performs as expected.

Easy to install

Great range hood that suits the requirements of our kitchen. Looks great and works great as we've already installed it. Light is a bit dim, but overall we're happy with this purchase. Shipping was a bit of a nightmare. This package kept being held by Putolator for reasons that were never explained, however, we kept receiving emails indicating that our action was required to get this package back on track!?!?!? ! It did arrive on the latest possible date specified by Purolator. Product itself, is a very nice upgrade for our kitchen and looks great with our flat black cabinet hardware and accents. Price is great!
