Perfect for my son's train conductor costume for Halloween. It's pretty lightweight and not as nice as a regular bandana but that is to be expected as a "party accessory".

This bandana comes folded flat in a square. It is a bit on the stiff side but works fine. My grandson is two years old and loves Woody, his cowboy hat and sheriff badge. The bandana is very large for him, but probably would work fine on a child who is larger/older. Just sharing that it is not a child size bandana, but it is bright and can easily be tied as shown in the picture.

First, I thought this bandana was of a cotton or cotton blend fabric - it is NOT - it's silky. It does NOT describe what type of fabric it is but is advertised on the same pages as cotton or cotton blend bandanas.It does NOT stay tied - is very hard to sew without gathering or ruining and fraying the fabric.Not much you can do with this bandana - I would NOT recommend this for anything as costume or otherwise.
