Good Product and Price
I am getting away from store baked breads and things with commercial flour in favor of making my own. I decided to give this brand a try and very happy I did. The berries come fresh and clean. There is no dust or extra debris. So far, they have ground up very well in a few different ways from very fine to coarser. I love the buckets they come in for storage. The bread I've made tastes incredible if you are used to commercial. The price was also much better than other comparable ones. Overall this is a great product I will be happy to keep using.

Excellent customer service
Let's talk customer service!!!! Berries go bad. Bugs can happen. I had a bucket go bad after 6 months. The berries had turned to flour. I sent in a video to their customer care and was 100% taken care of!!! They replaced my order within a week at no charge to me. I'm incredibly impressed with their action. I will definitely be back.
