Cramp 911 Muscle Relaxing Roll-on Lotion, 0.71 oz (21 ml), Pack of 3

LoL! This is a homeopathic remedy. According to all the scientific studies, non of them should work. CRAMP 911 KICKs Butt! I have suffered from frequent leg cramps over the years and have tried several remedies with varied results. I discovered CRAMP 911 4 or 5 years ago, sold in a little tiny roll-on bottle. I ordered it along with two other remedies. I never did try it at the time and recently re-discovered it at the back of a drawer. I set it on my nightstand and sure enough, within the next couple of days I woke up at 5 am with my foot twisted weird and shooting pain in the tightened up muscle in the front of my leg above the ankle. I grabbed the CRAMP 911 and it being so tiny, did about 10 ir 15 rolls all along the entire muscle as recommended. I was not expecting much. Too my surprise, within 2 - 3 minutes the pain was noticeably lessening and the muscle loosened up. Score #1. Figured, oh that's good. I left it out and used the bottle up with 100% positive results over the next couple of weeks. FYI, one thing about this product is that it has a light fragrance, not unlike some muscle relief ointments. That's where the comparison ends. This stuff is specifically designed to work on 'common' muscle cramps and it does that (for me) very well. One nice thing is, after rubbing it into your skin over the cramped muscle, you immediately notice that it is not greasy, gets into the skin really easily and washes right off your hands with a little soap and water. I found that Amazon sells a 3-pack of much larger roll-on style bottles. It's a much better deal if you have cramps fairly often as I do. I highly recommend trying CRAMP 911 if you suffer from leg cramps at night or almost any kind of muscle cramp.

I have severe muscle spasms from disc herniation in neck. Before surgery, I tried everything I could find. Someone told me to try roll on magnesium. I found this on Amazon, and ordered a pack of 3 for $50. Believe me, it was worth every penny. Instant relief of pain. I ordered a second set of 3 after surgery for continued muscle spasms. It is best product I have ever tried. I highly recommend it to anyone with muscle pain. Works like a dream. Instant relief.

I have suffered from “Charles horse” cramps in my legs for quite some time. They would be hard ball size and would last from 10 minutes to over a half hour. If I moved at all it would trigger another one. A friend told me about CRAMP 911. I was willing to try anything but was very Leary. I couldn’t believe how fast it relaxed the cramp. I keep one by the bed and one in the living room for when I watch TV. Thank you so much for such a wonderful product that does what it claims.

This is an extremely expensive product for what you get. Having said that, we keep buying it because we have terrible charley horses in thighs and legs from older hip replacements and back injuries/surgeries. Have a cabinet full of creams, pills, lotions and this is the only one that provides really fast relief when cramps and charkey horses strike. Besides the expense, it's stick and tacky when applied although it hasn't stained my clothing so just got used to it because of the relief provided. They do need to reduce cost though.

Finally something that truly works on muscle cramps. A liquid roll on that doesn't need rubbing in. Simply roll over the cramped muscle and believe me, within a few minutes the cramps are gone. Really, they're gone. Don't know what's in this stuff but it's the only thing that I've found that truly works.

I have trouble sleeping and RLS. I often can’t sleep because of an aching knee and ankle. When I saw this item, I decided to try it. I was amazed at how well it helps me eliminate that annoying minor ache that is just enough to keep me awake. That doesn’t mean that occasionally the ache is more severe and beyond this product’s ability to eliminate. But it works probably 90% of the time. I bought it first as part of S&S program. But it was eventually dropped from that program (probably because of a price hike). But I decided to continue to search on Amazon for it. There are many buying options, so it pays to keep comparing the various options. I found a 3 pack the most cost effective. I’ve bought a couple of 3 packs to make sure I had plenty on hand in case it became unavailable. This works for me. It is slightly tacky after you rub it into your skin, but I’m willing to live with that for the good it does.

Seems to work well, but several times the bottle has not been full, and it’s expensive. It tends to evaporate after opening and the bottle tips over easily, so sadly, cannot recommend wholeheartedly. The roll on doesn’t work well for long either, although it’s less tippy. For the price, you don’t get much product.
