Do these contain any food coloring?

They don’t list food coloring on the ingredients but the list says, “added color blue”.

NO. :( Gelatin is listed. ingredients not listed online, but I can confirm I just received them and they’re NOT vegan, unlike the other options. Really misleading and overpriced considering they’re not a specialty item.

Are the assorted ones vanilla flavored?

Yes, they all tasted vanilla to me!

Are these marshmallows smaller than the mini marshmallows sold in supermarkets?

Yes, these dehydrated marshmallows are smaller than the fresh mini marshmallows in the store. My best estimate would be about four of the dehydrated ones would make a mini marshmallow.
