Good loud sound
These electric whistles work great. There are 3 tones. Be careful not to point the end towards yourself or a nearby solid surface as they are very loud. I would definitely recommend.

Loud and Clear Electronic Whistles
Very Loud and clear especially inside enclosed area. These electronic whistles worked perfectly for a pratice fire drill which was sounded through a PA System. These whistles will also be used for outdoor activities. ... Did I mention they were very loud inside enclosed area 😉 ... had to have people cup their hand over the front of the whistle so not to injure someone's ear drums.

Very loud
I bought these whistles for my physical education class. They are very very loud and some of my students do not like it. Although there are three different tones it would be more beneficial to have three different volume settings. The whistles are also somewhat bulky so it is not easy to have them in your pocket while doing activities or in my case teaching.
