I’ve been drinking yerba mate for a while now, and this BALIBETOV set is easily one of the best I’ve used. The double-wall stainless steel cup keeps the mate hot for a long time without burning your hands, and it has a nice weight and feel to it — sturdy but comfortable. The bombilla (straw) filters well and doesn’t clog, even with fine-cut yerba. It’s easy to clean and has a nice polished finish that looks great with the cup. Its metal made to look like wood - and it looks pretty good, Actually works well because double walls give some thermal insulation. Comes with two styles of bombillas (depending on the grind of the mate). We use it for travel - Recommended.
