No it wasn’t satin in the inside also. It’s only the outside

in my experience, it will slip off no matter how you tie it. I've tried tying it few different ways and it falls still falls off. I tried a size large first & thought maybe because it was a large it fell off so I ordered a medium size & no difference...it still slides off. Hope this helps.
