Since I can’t do cow dairy, I can’t compare this to regular denatured whey protein powder.However, I can say that this product is excellent. Some say that it is a little “goaty” but I don’t get that at all. It does make things taste a bit like milk, but it is not overwhelming at all.It dissolves smoothly. Leave no grit in my nondairy yogurt. When first stirring it in the yogurt, it is kind of clumpy. But if I let it sit just a couple of minutes and stir again, it all dissolves away, cleanly and smoothly.Excellent protein sourceWish it were cheaper. :)

Easy on the gut, wish the container was a bit smaller. I add a teaspoon of cocoa powder to it. Delicious!

I have some kind of issue with cow's whey protein. Over the years, every time I up my (cow's whey) protein, I get stomach pains. I had been using some plant protein powders but I understand they are not as bioavailable as dairy. (Something about a DIAAS score, you can research it.). Evidently, goat's whey has a DIAAS score of 1.24 and cow's whey, 1.0. Anything 1 or higher is great, and 1.24 is the highest I've seen. Goat's whey is also just easier on my digestion. I have intermittent bouts with acid reflux and with esophageal spasms (OMG you don't want those, they are so painful!) . . .and when my digestion gets wonky, those issues rear their ugly heads.Also, most protein powders are WAY too sweet for me. I like unflavored and unsweetened so I can just add berries or a teaspoon of maple syrup or something. I love that I can make this into whatever flavor I want.So far, I've used almost one entire container of this and am about to order my 2nd. I'm a woman over 50 and know that we need a lot more protein to maintain and even build muscle as we age, so this is a great find. I LOVE goat cheese so I enjoy the taste of this straight but for those who don't -- just add a lot of frozen berries, maybe a few drops of liquid monk fruit sweetener (I use NOW Brand), and some chia seeds for fiber, whatever else you like and bam, done! Add cacao powder and a nut butter and ice, (use a high power blender) and you have a delicious milk shake. I'm also interested in adding this to oatmeal, to up the protein (after creating a liquid with it to avoid any clumps in the oatmeal.) I love this product! YAY!

Great company. Please read whole review. I recommend this company's product but on this the flavor was not for me. I really tried to like this but it was so gross tasting. And I like goat cheese. But as far as putting it in a shake I just couldn't do it. It was unpalatable. I think that if you can handle the taste and the flavor or maybe you cook with it. It might be really great for you because it's got really high protein content but I could not drink it due to the poor taste. I don't think it's a bad protein, it just wasn't the right one for me. *****I want to say that this company is really great and that they offered me a refund. This is the kind of company you want to work with. They're sensitive to the needs of the customer. I know their product is top notch and clean but the flavor wasn't for me. Will I buy their other products? ABSOLUTELY

So far the best protein powder. Tastes like baby formula from 80’s. Yes, it does not mix well like other whey powders, but taste is sweet and pleasant, digests better than others. I tried powder from other powders from Whole foods, and they all gave me stomach ache. This one is seems to be well tolerated.

I like the taste of this whey protein over cow's milk whey protein and have ordered this brand multiple times now. It blends well in my smoothies, or I mix it into my oatmeal.

I’ve had this for a day and it’s already life changing. This morning put two scoops in a fruit smoothie and it was creamy and delicious with just the amount of taste to feel like it was sweet goat cheese in the smoothie. May sound odd but I loved it. Then for dinner I mixed one scoop in with pasta, veggies, ghee, and truffle salt. It’s tasted like goat cheese was again in the dish but just enough to be present without overpowering. I can’t wait to see what else I can do with this!

This is a fantastic product. I add it to smoothies and baked goods. There is a faint goat taste, but less than other brands. This is a really great source of protein. It also doesn’t make me feel nauseous like other protein powders. It blends well, and I feel the price is pretty reasonable for the value you receive.
