It's great but..

Waste to money I purchased this pump despite the high price to get better quality it I didn’t last and doesn’t hold the bottle and also malfunction in charging no light indication for charging coming after two times use

Water dispenser is too short and not angles right. There is the timer option but you cant really use it. the water pump is designed in a way for you to hold what ever container you need 3 cm underneath. You need to be there the entire time holding it.

I purchased this product 2 months ago and using it. Until now it’s working fine but now it’s malfunctioning, pump starts automatically and not stopping upon pressing any buttons. Sometimes during nights it’s flooding whole kitchen.

I purchased this water pump with the hope of superior quality, despite its higher price compared to others on the market. Unfortunately, my experience has been disheartening. After just one month of use, the battery died, and attempts to recharge it proved futile. The significant price difference did not justify the disappointing performance. A regrettable investment.

Has 300ml, 500ml, 1 little and just on buttons. Very convenient and pretty fast pumping. Worth the money. Charging is also pretty fast.

So far so good. We are camping with the grandkids this summer and we wanted them to have access to water outside (without having to enter the trailer every time). This attaches to our 18.9 liter water jug that we bought at the grocery store. Easy to charge (haven't run the battery dry yet - so not sure how long it will last). Easy to use - even for a 6 and 8 year old. On/off button is all we really need. Tube reached right to the bottom of the jug to get every last drop. Tube is hard to insert into the store bought caps because the tube is not stiff enough to puncture the hole. Rectifying this with new caps that have the hole cut out - should make it easier to insert the tube now.

Don't waste your money in this piece of junk. It served only 1 month and stopped working. First I thought it should be re-charged, but after re-charging still no signs of life... Simply died. Beware!

We live off grid, and this was an easy solution to not having any running water at the moment. Therefore, I was hoping that the pump was reliable. After setting it up and figuring out that my wife had purchased 4 gallon water jugs instead of 5 gallon… I simply poked a hole through the part of the lid where it would normally meet up with a water dispenser, and this pump fit perfectly the lid. So that was cool. The operation is simple. It charges quickly. And it sounds like a pump lol - No louder than running a kitchen sink faucet in my opinion. There are several different buttons on top for pre-selected amounts like 300 mL half liter and liter. Or you can just hit the button button hit the power button again when you want to shut it off if you have something outside of those ranges. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the performance of this pump.

So far so good! I can't attest to it's battery life but am hitting the road soon with this and maybe will add comments on it. It took a few hours to charge up when I received it. It fit on my 3 gallon stackable jug with the right cap it needs to function that I purchased along with this since my jug came with a screw on cap. I purchased a cheap set of 5 blue caps from Amazon for maybe $7 or $8. The tub came out of the packaging folded together and perfectly opened up without any need to fix or mess with it. I love that it is ready to use like that and storing it again doesn't impact the tube either. The water flow is steady, quick, and motor sound doesn't seem too loud or bothersome. Thank you!
