The product came packed very well, everything was inside, even a short booklet with the story of the company. Make sure to take off the film from the filter before use and read the manual, if it's your first such device. It's working very good - when needed to be silent - it's silent, when needed to be more efficient, it can work more noisy but filtering more air. Timer is useful as well, working perfectly. Done a good job as a fan also, not only as air purifier. Very satisfied, thank you for the chance to test such a good product.

Really really impressed with this air purifier, although alittle exspsave, it makes my hole house fresh, the air feels so clean, calms down hay-fever, and keeps the room nice & cool especially on a hot day. The unit is very simple to use, plenty of modes, sleep mode isn't silent so if you have it in you're bedroom, and are light sleeper, you will definitely hear it. For me it's not a issue I could sleep with the unit on medium no problem, unfortunately my partner is a very light sleeper though. Looks fantastic in my bedroom, it not horrible to look at, especially for what itis. Filters are very simple to remove and change. Overall I would definitely recommend this air purifier, am so happy that I have it.

Love quality of item. Instructions a breeze but.., illumination showing air quality does not work - cannot get through to product support on neither chat nor call. Registered for lifetime guarantee and website said ‘join us and get first replacement filter half price with 10% off subsequent ones. No option to create a password - seems like Canada and USA only. Unit in sleep mode is LOUD! Decibels in product description are foreign to me.

Excellent machine, clears the air quickly and provides a powerful stream of clean air .... however you will get 6 months optimum use with the filter. Once that's done the machine is rendered useless as replacement filters are hard to come by. Have ordered non genuine spares and they both cancelled the order. Really annoying and to be honest if you can't provide the through life consumables then you should not provide the machine. Poor ethics.

If you're someone who suffers from allergies, asthma, hayfever etc, this air purifier is an absolute god-send. I've already used a few air purifiers which have helped, but I think this one is the best one as I've been able to breathe easier without having to sneeze with the amount of dust and pollen that comes through my window. It is quite professional looking - fits in nicely with the interior decor and is a reasonable size. This is very simple to use - there are 5 buttons on the touch panel that are; Display Lock, Timer, Power, Speed and Dimmer (for night mode). I found that this was surprisingly quiet and you'd only hear a light hum depending on the setting used. I've tried using this at night with the timer function turning it off after a few hours and I didn't get disturbed whatsoever. Completely takes out all the smells and dust out of the room in a short period of time. I usually use this in the few hours before I go to bed and since using it this way, I've been able to breathe much easier at night. At the time of this review, this MA-40 Air Purifier costs £229.99 but there is a £50.00 voucher to reduce the cost. After using for a month and seeing how well it performs first hand, this is something I would say is good value. My only issue is the lack of availability for the filters. If you are selling a product, it would make sense to also be selling an item that is required for it to function properly. Having a quick search online, I found the MA-40 filter on the Medify Air website at a cost of $59.99 for a single filter (equivalent to £43.07 for us in the UK). This is somewhat expensive but given that the filters should be replaced after 3000 hours or 4 months of use, this means that you could potentially even use this for 3 hours a day and make it last for 1000 days / 3 years. It does seem like a costly thing to maintain since it would cost £129 to purchase 3 filters if they were to be replaced 3 times a year. Despite that, it's very easy to insert the new filter and take out the old. Definitely something that is worth the purchase though. Works wonders and is extremely helpful for those suffering with asthma and hay fever - it has definitely made it easier to breathe in my room compared to when I didn't have an air purifier in here.

The Medify Air MA40 air purifier was larger than i had expected but it is definitely worth investing in. It has 3 power settings and a sleep mode for a quieter use however if you are a very light sleeper it is still noisy, my husband can't sleep with it on so having a timer function is very useful as i can set it away to clean the air and have it turn off just before he goes to bed, you can hear the power of the fan and the different settings in the video. The touch controls are very sensitive and easy to use, having a child lock feature stops anyone messing with it or accidently changing settings but having to hold the button for 60 seconds to unlock this feature is a bit long in my opinion. My daughter has suffered noticeably less with her asthma and hay-fever since we started using this and in a smallish room as our dining room you can definitely tell the difference in air quality all most instantly from switching it on, it doubles up as a very strong cooling fan also which will be fantastic in the hotter months but can make a small room cold quite quickly so we will struggle in the winter with it. Though its quite large and i struggled to find somewhere to place it (the power wire is quite short) it is light enough to move easily to swap around in different rooms.

It can clean a room off 840 sf every 30 minutes. It has a three stage filtration, the pre-filter removes large particles and dust, the Hepa H13 part removes dust, pollen smoke, germs etc, and the activated carbon part can works on Odor, VOC's, Formaldehyde and finally the ionizer if you choose to activate it produces negative Ions to neutralize positive charged particles. The air purifier is easy to setup and program. The touch screen on the top is clear and straight forward to navigate. You can control the fan speeds to suit and turn on the Ionizer and adjust the timer function if required. The filter will last up to 3000 hours and a indicator will Illuminate when it needs to be replaced, and it is simple to to complete this action. The air purifier can capture 99.9% of particles down to 0.1 microns, that's amazing. The overall dimensions of the unit is 58X28cm. For optimal performance its recommended that you place this unit with no obstructions within approximately 26cm on all sides. You can tell the difference in a room when this is switch on. Such a great healthy investment. The only down side is that because of its glossy finish, it can be a bit of a finger print magnet. A micro fibre cloth will cure that issue. I am very happy with the performance of this air purifier, and you should be to.

Prior to using this air purifier from Medify Air I also had the chance to try Levoit air purifier and Philips Series 3000i. This allows me to judge this one fairly and as accurately as possible. To start with, the design is just amazing. It integrates quite well with the living room and merges as part of the furniture thanks to the decorative texture on the front side of the air purifier. The design isn't bulky and sits in the middle in terms of size between my small form factor Levoit and big-sized Philips. Equally it is easy to carry around with no issues encountered when I moved it to the bedroom. The HEPA filter is of premium quality. It seems to be durable and would probably do a good job at intercepting particles and allergens. The replacement filter costs $60 from the official website. Quite pricey considering the filters usually have a life span of 6-12 months (an ongoing hassle). At the time of writing this review, this air purifier goes at around £230, with the possibility of £50 off (making the price drop to £180). At this price bracket I expect the air purifier to have smart features, including a led screen with features like measurement of air purification levels and values such as PM 2.5 and allergen levels. I also expect smart home integration features and a dedicated app, but all of these features are absent, making the air purifier quite conservative in terms of functionality. I am certain this air purifier does the job as I have used other means of measurement to see whether it is effective or not, but for £230, the least one expects is for measurement and smart features to be pre-integrated within the device. This way people wouldn't be able to check whether it is actually working for them or not, since there is no indicator. If you don't mind the absence of these smart measurement features or if you are getting this to someone who is not fussed about technology, app-support and smart integrations then it is worth getting.
