I love OliveNations extracts and spices! They taste like the description and fresh as well. Not artificial. This coffee extract tastes like concentrated premium coffee and I love adding it to my chocolate recipes along with their chocolate extract. This is the best coffee extract that I have ever used. I have not used it to enhance my coffee since I buy premium beans and brands for my brewers so my coffee doesn't need any help, so I can't speak as to it tastes added to coffee. 😏 If you're an avid baker as I am and you want to enhance the flavor of your chocolate confections, then I recommend that you get this brand of extract. I have several of their extracts and I can't complain about any of them. Enjoy!

I asked if this extract was clear of color because I wanted to use it in white topping. When it arrived I checked and it is brown. So I guess my topping will not be white.

I am always looking for a quality coffee extract for use in my homemade oat bran smoothies and cannoli pie. This one is quite good with very nice flavor. The only con is that per the label it has real Colombian coffee and I assume caffeine so I have to consider the time of the day when I use it. The product presents very well.

I love using this Coffee Extract when baking my favorite chocolate desserts. It really enhances the flavor of the chocolate in my frozen smoothies and my chocolate banana bread.

The coffee taste is exactly what we hoped for. Previously we used to make strong expresso coffee for making cakes, the problem is the dilution that resulted ruined the cake texture. Now we add a little essence and we get full flavored coffee cake with the original texture my mother used to achieve. We bought the 8oz size to balance value and shelf life. Our experience with this supplier is outstanding, shipped quickly and after sales assistance is exceptional. We certainly recommended them to our friends and family and will buy more flavorings from them again. UPDATE: we found the larger bottles much more cost effective without sacrificing quality.

My wife bought this extract because of all of the positive reviews. She tried it a few times, both in ice cream and a cake that she made for our daughter. At first when you smell the extract it seems fine because obviously it has that strong overwhelming odor of coffee. The problem is, the quality drops off as soon as you start to use it. The problem we found is that this extract only smells good, but really doesn't convey a great coffee flavor no matter how we use it. She's been baking for a long time, so she knows her recipes, but she still tried using less or more, just to see if it would help. For some reason it always leaves a bitter taste or a strange chalky flavor. We've tried cheap store bought generic extracts that are not amazing, but at least better than this. Also, the price is really high. Ya they say its $6,95, but tack on the shipping of $4.54 and you're looking at a cost of $11.49 for a bottle of extract. That's crazy. We've since switched to CamiSoni extracts. I can't put a link here because amazon won't let me, but just search them. Everything about their extract is better, great aroma, amazing for baking. No matter what we put it in, it always has an amazing deep coffee flavor. If you love coffee, this is basically the way to go. And the price is perfect. They only charge $8.99 and you get free shipping. Better quality and better price, its a no brainier. I had to give this extract only 3 stars. There are other better extracts out there, CamiSoni being one of them.

I bought this to use in my lip balm recipes and it tasted horrible. Doesn't even taste like what it's supposed to. Would not buy again.

Seems fine I have never used coffee extract before not sure it will do what I want it to yet, I was trying to come close to the discontinued coffee mate unlocked classic Colombian coffee creamer not there yet.
