I purchased these for a very different reason than I'm sure most people do, but since I have worn these 24/7 for the past month or so, I figured my review would still be helpful. I had a picc line put in my arm, and so I needed something to cover the bandage area, as well as keep the tubes in place. What my insurance provided me with was a joke, and it stretched out and fell apart after 3 hours of wearing it. I wear these constantly, and I have to say that for a costume piece (their real purpose), they are pretty good. The colors are bright, and they fit well (stay in place). I have washed these in cold water and dried in a dryer on low heat, multiple times, and they hold up! The only complaint is that they are way too short, for me, to actually wear and not look strange. I'm 6' and if I wear the sleeve down to my wrist, they only reach up to half way between my elbow and shoulder. The length of the sleeve on a regular t-shirt hits the same area, so any movement, and you can see the top of the tatt sleeve, making it pretty obvious, and weird to look at. Had I ordered these to wear to a concert or Halloween costume, I would have rated these a 4 for their length, but since I didn't purchase for those reasons, I'm giving them a 5 because they worked perfect for the purpose I purchased for.

My plan is to put these on my kids for pictures, I thought it would be very cute. Now some of the pictures on the sleeves are not suitable for children which is why I took one star off, a little warning or maybe a design option would make this product at a 5 star. The sleeves fit everyone in the family and the kids got a real kick out of them they thought it was so cool to be like mommy and daddy who already have tattoos. The sleeves are made out of a nylon and the ink for the tattos are bright and vibrant. The "skin" color is pretty close to my skin color, which of course how well it blends in to your skin will vary person to person. Looks good but they are easy to get runners (like panty hose).

The order has several different styles to wear. I complemented two tattoo sleeves with the wig I purchased. A colleague of mine made the same purchase, but wore different tattoos. It was a lot of fun to show them off since I am a wee bit scared to get a real tattoo. The only complaint I have is they do slide off my arm. I suggest going one size bigger since they do fall on the small side.

I rarely give 5 star reviews but these are getting one. And not so much for sun protection but for skin protection. I was wearing these on a bicycle ride when a driver ran a yield sign and hit me. I was launched across two lanes of traffic and landed in the middle of the road. I broke my shoulder, but at the ER we noticed that these things were pretty scuffed but one thing was missing from my arms - road rash. As thin as they are, they protected my arms from being chewed up from the asphalt. I never would have thought it but they saved me from being even more miserable from scrape wounds on my arms. But the DO work well for sun protection as well.

I wanted these for an unusual reason. I take a blood thinner and my arms are always cold. So, I found these and they are fun to wear and they keep me warm. Some people assume they are actual tattoos. I really, really like them. They come with an assortment of “sleeves”. I think I got 10 total. Was worth the $$$!

Has what i believe to be a nazi symbol on one (the iron cross) and one of the sleeves has germany written on it twice. very concerning.
