Funny and cute must read!
The Temporary Roomie⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Tropes: (tacos ifykyk)🌮enemies-to-lovers🌮best friend's brother🌮fake dating🌮forced proximityI'm so sorry, Cooper and Lucy, but Drew and Jessie are my favorites. I could not put this book down and read it all in one sitting. It was cute, funny, and unique! Sarah Adams knocked it out of the park with this one. I think this book might be my favorite Sarah Adams book so far, and I've read a few of her books already. I could not get enough, and I really want their story to continue because why have the pranks stopped after a happily ever after ending?Drew and Jessie had a special enemies-to-lovers relationship. The pranks and the jealousy were so funny, and I can't believe how original this story was. No matter what they pulled on each other, Drew would still do anything for Jessie. He was there for her through everything, and after she went through so much and lost a lot, he proved her wrong and stayed. Drew is literally goals. I adore their relationship and feel like they would never get bored with each other. There was something about the writing that made me feel like I was part of the story. I don't know if that makes sense, but yea... anyways! I loved everything about this book. It was a clean romance that'll make you laugh and love the characters.

Cute Romance
Love Sarah Adams and this does not disappoint! Love hate romantic comedy with some fun characters. Love seeing Lucy and Cooper in this story line and absolutely love how fiery Jessie is and the dependable Drew and how they fight it out in this book. Fast and fun read!

Sarah Adams did it again!
As others have mentioned, I had some trepidation about this whole pregnancy trope thing. I thought to myself, “wait, is that even allowed??” I also wasn’t sure how I’d feel about Drew, just because he hadn’t made a huge impression on me in The Off Limits Rule.Welp, I was already sold on Drew in his first chapter. Great book boyfriend. It took me a few chapters to warm up to Jessie because she comes across as mean at first; not like evil, but like Kate at the beginning of The Cutting Edge. It didn’t make sense to me, even in The Off Limits Rule, that Jessie hated Drew for seemingly no legit reason. Backstory is everything; as I learned more about Jessie and got to know her, I was fully on board for both Jessie’s healing and the burgeoning HEA. Now I feel like she’s a friend that I care about.I’m not gonna lie, I was stressed for the first half of the book because I knew Jessie had a big prank planned and I didn’t like the idea of her annihilating Drew. When the prank actually happened, I breathed a sigh of relief; it was big, but I had imagined way worse things. As a bonus? The aftermath of Jessie’s prank rocketed the stakes and the tension between Jessie and Drew to next level arenas. It was at that point that I fully saw the puzzle pieces click into place for these two.“Is that why you’re single? I mean other than your severe and crippling obnoxiousness? Are women not comfortable dating you since you’re an OB?”Banter. This book is loaded with delicious banter. I feel like the author really hit her stride with this book. She writes with complete confidence and makes you believe the story, makes you believe the chemistry. Speaking of chemistry, this book sizzles even though it’s a closed door romance.I’ve loved all that I’ve read by Sarah, but this one was my favorite. It was different somehow; something about it touched my heart differently than the others. Get this book. Either on kindle unlimited or purchased, you won’t regret it. Plus, if you loved The Off Limits Rule, you’ll be happy to get a chance to catch up with Lucy and Cooper because they get featured in an organic way that makes the story feel more complete.

Much better than book one
What a freaking gem of a cute, instalovey romance! So I just read the first book in this series yesterday and I didn't love it. But I was curious about Jessie and Drew. Mostly because at the end of the first book you realize Jessie hates Drew and there is a reason she'd be irritated for sure. But hate? I was confused. This book is full of troupes that I dont't love (Enemies to lovers, instalove, non communication and Drew and Jessie were constantly playing pranks on each other), but this book just worked for me. It could have to do with the fact that for every troupe I didn't love there was one I did love (fake dating, forced proximity, only one bed)! This book like book one is closed door, but the tension between the two MC was great. I really felt their chemistry. This book felt a tad spicier than book one IMO. I adored both main characters, and I love the premise of this book. I even liked Lucy better in this book (not much better, but better. She still literally never had her kid). What I didn't love was the contrived HEA. Their relationship moved so fast. She was like almost 8 months pregnant when they started dating and the HEA came just weeks after the baby was born. I know it's a book, but I had to roll my eyes. Sometimes happy for now is the better option. And while it was still a "get it done in a day" book, parts felt almost too long. Also these books are in a series title "It Happened In Nashville " and we get like nothing about Nashville (not a huge deal obviously, just confused by it). I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick, mid to low angst closed door read.

Pleasantly enjoyable read
I was really pleased to learn more about Jessie and Drew in part two of this book. I truly enjoyed Jessie and Drew going from hating each other to confessing their love for each other. I would say I enjoyed part two more than the first book. I hope one day we can get a part three and finally get to learn more about baby Jane.

I LAUGHED I GIGGLED I CRIED I LOVED IT
The first book feels like it was just a preparation for this one (sorry Lucy and Cooper), I really loved how everything went down.
